School apps & online tools
At Rangeville State School we are employing a growing range of online tools to enhance communication, fundraising opportunities, and improve efficiencies across our business units. All of the below apps can be downloaded for Android and Apple simply by searching your preferred apps store.
The Flexischools app is the central place for ordering through the tuckshop or uniform shop, book tickets for fundraising events, and receive important communications from our school. You can find newsletters plus the uniform lookbook in the News section.
Use Xplor to quickly and easily book outside school hours care sessions when you need them most. Send messages to our centre to let them know if you’re running late or a child will be absent.

Simplify your financials so they’re easy to manage. Quickly see how much child care subsidy you are receiving and when payments are due. We have direct debit options available to suit your schedule.
The QSchools app integrates with the school website, allowing users to:

find your school by searching for the school by name, by map or by searching for schools near your current location

receive real-time notifications about statewide emergency alerts as well as school push notifications and important updates through the app

access the latest news, events and newsletters from your school

view information about your school including class times and contact details

view social media feeds.
The app can manage updates from multiple schools which is useful for parents who have students in different schools.
Using the QParents app you can also request updates or changes to student details, such as:
• providing reasons for past unexplained absences
• advising the school of future absences
• notifying the school of changes to student address, date of birth, and medical conditions
• viewing, selecting and paying outstanding invoices
